So the first thing I think of when I see this menu is the word expensive. The small type really communicates that to me as well as the negative space and the simple black on white. The delicate narrow lines at the top and bottom really help to break up the space in a nice way as well. Overall there's not much to this design typography wise, they may have been able to make the bolded items a little bigger to give it a little more hierarchy or variety but otherwise it works.
